1. I already have a TeleBetting account. Can I use it online?
    Yes, you can use your account online or over the phone. You can even use it for a fixed odds bet with our bookmakers. Before you can use your account over the Internet, you need to register for online usage. See Question 3 for details about account registration.
  2. How do I open an account?
    If you do not have an account with us, you can open one online:

  3. How do I use my account online?
    To use your account online, you need to register it for Internet use first. The main reason for this is the added security of a user name and password as opposed to TeleBetting's account number and PIN.
  4. I've forgotten my user name and/or password. What now?
    Passwords are not given to anybody, even if you CAN prove that you are the King of England.
    • Email us stating your account number. Your registration will be deleted, allowing you to register again.
    If you cannot remember your account number :
    • Email TeleBetting, stating your full name and address, and ask them to look up your account number.
    • Then email us as above to have your registration deleted.
  5. I am registered, but I can't get into the Betting area.
    This could be one of many things. The main problems experienced are:
    • User names and passwords are case-sensitive. You must type them in EXACTLY as you did on the registration form. Is your "CapsLock" perhaps on?
    • Your registration has been deleted due to 3 month's inactivity.

  6. Why was my registration deleted?
    If a bet is not taken online in a 3 month period, then the registration for that account is deleted. This is necessary to ensure that the users on the system are only the active users. An account can be re-registered at any time.

  7. How do I take a bet online?
    Go to Online Betting's main page, and click on "Step-by-step guide to taking a bet."
  8. Where can I get my balance and statement?
    In Online Betting's main page, and click on the "Accounts" folder in the left column. Then click on "Balance" or "Account transactions".
  9. Why can't I see the bets that I took yesterday?
    The main betting system is cleared down every night, and so transactions are not available the next day.
