1 Telebet Accounts
| 1.1 | Any person who wishes to open an account, shall do so by completing and signing an "Application for a Telebet Account" and shall attach a copy of the first two pages of his identity document. | ||||||
| 1.2 | On signing the application form, the prospective holder warrants that the information contained therein is true and correct and acknowledges that TAB has relied on that information in opening an account on his behalf. | ||||||
| 1.3 | TAB will consider each application on its merits and reserves the right, in its sole discretion to refuse an application. | ||||||

In the event that TAB accepts an application, TAB will mail to the
holder at the address specified in the application form:

| 1.5 | On verification of the information in 1.2, TAB will supply the holder with the pincode. | ||||||
| 1.6 | TAB will not be responsible for the loss of the documents in 1.4 within the postal system. |
