| 4.1 | Telebet operates on a computerised system. |
| 4.2 | In the event that the computerised system, for whatsoever reason, becomes inoperative or malfunctions, TAB will not accept telephone bets. |
| 4.3 | TAB will not be liable for any losses incurred by any person as a result of a bet not placed because the computerised system is not operative or is malfunctioning or has no further capacity to receive calls or for any other reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, a failure of the telephone line or electricity supply. |
