5 Dividends and Refunds
| 5.1 | Dividends and Refunds will be credited directly to the account from which the bet was placed, subject to the TAB Totalisator Rules, as they exist from time to time. |
| 5.2 | Should TAB incorrectly deposit funds into an account, TAB will have the right to recover payment from the relevant holder, and in addition to other rights, will have the right to debit that holder's account. |
