6 Results and Dividends / Scratchings information
| 6.1 | Operators are not permitted to disclose results and dividends or scratchings of any race or any other racing information over the telephone and any such request will be refused. |
| 6.2 | In the event that the information in 6.1 is disclosed over the telephone by an operator, TAB does not warrant the correctness of that information which is not binding on TAB. |
