The provisions of paragraphs 1 through
7 apply to online betting.

In order to conduct online betting, the holder:
| 8.2.1 |
must be the holder of an existing account;
|
| 8.2.2 |
will be required to register through a computer terminal;
|
| 8.2.3 |
will be required to enter his account number and his pincode;
|
| 8.2.4 |
when the account number and pincode have been verified as correct, will
be required to enter a unique user name and a unique password in the
format prescribed;
|
| 8.2.5 |
may place a bet in the sequence prescribed online once TAB has accepted
registration.

| 8.3 |
In the event that a holder fails to use online betting for a period of
ninety (90) consecutive days, the holder's online betting registration
will be cancelled without notice. Such cancellation will not affect the
operation of the holder's account.
